How does the process work?
After you call us or complete and submit the form to the right, a representative from Live Oak Properties will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your options for selling your home fast for cash. We will make an appointment to come look at your property, and will make a cash offer within 24 hours. You are under no obligation to accept the offer, but if you do we can close within 2 weeks or less, depending on your situation.
How quickly can I sell my house?

What if my house is in the foreclosure process?
If you can ACT FAST we may be able to help you. Depending on how far along you are in the process, we may be able to postpone the foreclosure and purchase the house before it happens, but once the house has been sold at auction there is nothing we can do.
